Purchase & Restore

StampDeck Lifetime is a one-time Apple purchase, not a subscription.

1. Use the same Apple Account as the original purchase.
2. On the welcome screen, tap Restore purchase; or open Settings > StampDeck Access > Restore purchases.
3. Keep the device online while Apple and RevenueCat verify the purchase.

Restoring reactivates Lifetime access but does not restore trips stored locally. For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem.

Technical problems

Restart StampDeck and confirm that iOS and the app are up to date. If the problem continues, email us with:

• app version and build number;
• device model and iOS version;
• the screen and steps involved; and
• a screenshot, if it contains no sensitive information.

Never send identity documents, passport numbers or banking information.

Atlas & map

The Atlas uses Mapbox and needs a network connection to load map content. If it is blank or incomplete, check your connection, close and reopen the app, then try again. Recorded destinations remain part of your local archive; map display does not use your device’s GPS location.

Data export

StampDeck currently has no full archive export or import feature. Share actions can send individual travel summaries through the iOS share sheet, but they are not a backup and cannot restore your archive on another device.

Delete local data

Open Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete all local data and complete both confirmation steps. This permanently removes your local profile, trips, flights, stamps, preferences, photo and recovery copies. It cannot be undone.

Your Lifetime purchase is not deleted or refunded and can be restored separately with the Apple Account used to purchase it.

Contact support

We cannot remotely recover or delete an on-device archive because StampDeck has no account, cloud sync or backend.
